Sale of Allied Infrastructure

Colas Ltd has reached agreement to sell Allied Infrastructure to DJ Civils Ltd, a civil engineering contractor based in Kent.

This is consistent with our strategy to focus our business on road construction and maintenance and bituminous binders manufacturing and distribution, segments where we have strong positions capable of delivering long term positive returns to all stakeholders.
DJ Civils are delighted to be working alongside Allied Infrastructure. Their experienced leadership team, proven specialist capability across UK airfields, and trusted reputation within the aviation sector make them an ideal partner for Allied to continue to expand.
