Colas launches first Returners Programme

Every year thousands of people across the country leave the workforce and it can be challenging when seeking to return. We are excited to be launching our first Returners Programme with our partners, Women Returners.

The programme is designed for all individuals, not just women who are looking to return to work after a career break of 24 months or more and involves a 6-month paid employment opportunity, development of skills and experience whilst being supported by a buddy. Our aim is to Open the Way for those wishing to
re-start their careers in our industry, supporting them with mentoring and the transition.
