Project Manager (Business Transformation)

Location: Rowfant

About the role

This is a key role in the company reporting to the Associate Director for the business area. You will be responsible for managing project budgets and meeting financial objectives as well as identifying resources and assigning responsibilities in order to complete projects to a high standard.

You will also:

Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements of the business.

Manage the day to day operation aspects of the projects.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of projects.

Produce regular project status reports to stakeholders, reviewing potential risks and reacting to change.

About you  


You will have extensive previous experience in project managing the implementation of an ERP solution with a sound understanding of basic revenue models, profit and loss, and experience preparing budgets and producing forecasts. You will also:

Be familiar with project management methodology such as PRINCE2 / APM.

Have a strong understanding of the full project life cycle.

Have excellent process mapping skills and the ability to analyse and gather requirements through liaising with stakeholders.

Be a natural problem solver with an understanding of ERP manufacturing model.

Have previous experience working within a Lean Six Sigma environment within the construction or manufacturing industry.
