About the Role

This role is critical to the success and continued delivery of the project. Reporting to the Performance Manager, you’ll support the team with monthly reporting on performance and property activities and complete month end reporting of Schedule 14 for the client.

You’ll assist with all aspects of property management for the Portsmouth depot; attend all Internal & External HS & E audits; be Champion for the AVA system for reported incidents including support for staff; and carry out monthly audits of the depot.

You’ll assist the Performance Manager with Social Values & TOM’s framework activities and carry out safety inductions for all staff annually as well as carrying out investigations of near misses. And you’ll produce and deliver a safety reflections presentation quarterly.

You’ll produce regular reports including monthly KPI reporting during staff absence and Exposure Hours to Head office on a monthly basis and you’ll ensure all data is updated into SMART waste monthly.

About you

It’s likely you’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills, a good understanding of Health & Safety ISO 45001, a good understanding of Environmental ISO 14001 and be comfortable dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.

You’ll have attention to detail and accuracy in all that you do and be able to manage a demanding workload. You should have a diplomatic and sensitive style as there will be times when you’ll be needed to handle difficult situations.
