We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our preconstruction team which specialises in providing quality submissions for infrastructure contracts such as asset management and contracting for Highways England and Local Authorities.
About the Role
In this role you will be a key member of the bid team and assist in the company’s strategic growth objectives by the provision of high-quality submissions and implementing successful bid management processes.
As a member of the Bidding Team, you’ll work closely with bid team members for the completion and production of submissions. You’ll be the central administrative point of contact with the client for forwarding and receiving information as directed by the Senior Bid Manager/ Bid Manager and undertake expression of interests in opportunities and downloading documents.
You’ll record and maintain all bid opportunities on Microsoft Dynamics CRM database and create and maintain electronic document management and storage system such as SharePoint.
The role is currently remote, but the base is Rowfant, Crawley when we’re able to return to our offices.

Experience of working as a Bid Coordinator within the construction industry would be an advantage, but it’s not essential. More important is your attention to detail, your ability to manage the content and activities within our version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, your ability to manage SharePoint sites and your experience of working via Microsoft Teams.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You should be willing to take responsibility and ownership of actions.
Experience in Visio, Excel, Adobe InDesign, MS Project would be an advantage. And you should be able to travel and work away from home as and when required.
