our Greenhouse Gas Emissions to mitigate Climate Change, reducing
the energy consumed in our offices, depots and factories, in
addition to reviewing fleet performance to achieve greater
efficiencies.

Supporting Communities
In Warrington and Wirral Colas have established a partnership
with Elixir Foundations to collect and recycle all waste cardboard,
paper and plastic. Elixir are a social enterprise dedicated to
creating working opportunities for vulnerable adults including
people recovering from addictions, ex-offenders and the long
term unemployed. The business not only improves the lives of its
workers, but also provides waste management and recycling options
to local businesses.
