Portsmouth PFI
Colas took over the management of the Portsmouth City street scene on the 31st January 2005. The PFI is the first of its kind and has been keenly watched by local authorities throughout the country.
The team has grown to around 340 people, all dedicated to improving the condition of Portsmouth's roads, footways and street lighting.
