The employees of Colas are its greatest asset. We are proud to be Investor in People accredited and we want our people to take pride in working for Colas. We will always seek to recognise merit and reward efforts to improve our overall performance.
When we take on people from the Public Sector as part of a maintenance externalisation we ensure that they are integrated into the Colas Group, while fully supporting arrangements made under the TUPE legislation.
We believe in developing the potential in our people and assess their training needs at annual reviews. Training is made available to develop competencies that will enhance performance in the individual's current role and, where appropriate, to facilitate career advancement.
