Leoseal R
Leoseal is an economical and flexible waterproofer and crack sealant, designed for easy hand application. It is ideal for waterproofing below-ground concrete structures. It can also be used for sealing cracks in bituminous surfaces to prevent damage arising from the ingress of water. Leoseal is a specially formulated combination of bitumen emulsion modified with an elastomer, which together form a tough and long lasting barrier against the entry of water. Leoseal is cold applied and cures through the evaporation of water from the emulsion, therefore application should only be carried out in good drying conditions. After stirring the contents of the bucket, Leoseal is spread with a brush. A second coat is applied at right angles to the first.
