Newhaven Roadstone Coating Plant
Newhaven Roadstone Limited is a joint venture between Colas and Tarmac. The wharf is capable of accommodating vessels with self discharging facilities and cargos of up to 2000 tonnes. An Ammann Global 160 plant was commissioned in 2003 with a production capacity up to 160 tonnes per hour and hot storage capacity of 150 tonnes. Newhaven Roadstone supplies East Sussex and Crawley with a large range of coated stone products and drystone aggregates.
