Preformed SD
Preformed Surface Dressing is slip resistant surfacing on a roll. It is the ideal material for pedestrian ramps, bridges, subways and exterior steps.
Preformed SD can be cut with a sharp knife. It is self adhesive and a peel-off backing paper protects the underside. Edges should be butt jointed to achieve a neat, close fitting finish. Surfaces should be primed with Cariphalte CP before application.
Preformed SD comprises a high performance polymer modified bituminous binder and a layer of slip resistant calcined bauxite aggregate, strengthened by an integral mesh. Grey and buff bauxite versions are available.
The product is supplied in 5m x 1m rolls, individually packed in boxes.
