Colas operates throughout England, Scotland, Wales and the Isle of Man from more than 20 offices and depots.
At Colas we are at the forefront of developing new materials and techniques to make Britain's highways safer, more durable and sustainable. We utilise the resources of the international Colas Group, through its three principal research facilities, as well as developing new products and monitoring materials at our in-house laboratory.

We actively seek to minimise the impact of our activities on the environment: all our main locations have achieved ISO 14001:2004 registration.
We place the highest importance on safety, both for our own people and for the general public. We never relax: although we have one of the best safety records in the industry we remain vigilant and operate stringent safety procedures and training.
Quality is the cornerstone of our business. We are registered to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and operate a structured programme of quality improvement projects, specific initiatives, measurement of performance and encouragement of ideas.
